October 13, 2022
Metro West CD submits an RFP response for 5 Auburn Street. The Town receives four total proposals.
March 15, 2023
Natick Select Board votes in favor of Metro West CD as the most advantageous proposal and to enter development agreement negotiations.

Team begins due diligence, which informs project design and budget projections.
March 21, 2024
Metro West CD presents to the Natick Conservation Commission for an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation (ANRAD) to formalize the property’s wetland resource areas.
April 5, 2024
Natick Conservation Commission approves ANRAD.
May 15, 2024
Metro West CD provides an update to the Natick Select Board on the project.
May 24, 2024
Metro West CD submits Project Eligibility Letter (PEL) application to the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) as the initial step in the 40B Comprehensive Permit process.
June 18, 2024
Open House provides the Natick Community with an update on the project, design, and timeline.

The Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) issues a Project Eligibility Letter (PEL).
October 1, 2024
Metro West CD submits a 40B Comprehensive Permit application to the Natick Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA).
Fall 2024
Development begins 40B Comprehensive Permit review process through the Zoning Board of Appeals. Hearing dates scheduled for:
